Return Eligibility
You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Custom or modified products are not eligible for return. Products must be in original condition without signs of use or damage.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@airdroper.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
